1) Using the service

• You may use the digital menu to view items, place orders, and make reservations where enabled by the restaurant.
• You agree not to misuse the service (spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts).

2) Orders and reservations

• Prices, availability, and preparation times are provided by the restaurant/hotel and may change.
• Special instructions and accessibility notes are handled on a best-effort basis; always confirm allergies with staff.
• Deposits for reservations (where enabled) may be required as shown in the reservation flow.

3) Accounts (admins/kitchen)

• Admin access is restricted and permission-based.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4) Privacy

Use of this system is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
